Enrollment Information

Interested in enrolling your child at the Science Academy of Chicago?  Below is a step to step guide in the enrollment process.

1. Complete the online interest form and a member from administration will contact you shortly to schedule a meeting and/or shadow day for your child. Shadow day only applies to students applying for kindergarten, elementary and middle school program
2. Submit the completed application, release of records and tuition agreement along with the supporting documents which would be the birth certificate, photo ID of the parent/guardian and the $150 application fee.
3. All children starting from Preschool are required to be toilet trained. 

Please allow at least a week to process your application.

Withdrawal Policy & ProcedureIf your family is in the position in which you need to withdraw your child/ren from SAC please follow this simple procedure:

1. Notify the principal of the school. We encourage you to schedule a meeting to discuss any specific issues or concerns. 
2. Reference the SAC Withdrawal Policy for specific procedures regarding tuition, fees due, or refunds.
3. (Optional) Complete the anonymous exit survey to share your experience at SAC. Click here for the survey. 

All outstanding and current student billing accounts must be paid in full before Science Academy of Chicago will release official academic records/transcripts to another school.
