Regular physical activity is beneficial for overall health and well-being. Physical education will consist of basic information regarding exercise and the effects of exercise on the body. Student have the option pick one of two foreign language to focus on – Spanish or Turkish. Both courses sought to improve each student’s listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.
