SAC Music Concert 2022-2023

Winter Concert 2022

Science Academy of Chicago performed its Winter Music Concert on December 14th. The concert featured Prek3-3rd grade students and the 4th-7th grade orchestra. This was the first in-person concert we have had since the pandemic, and it was just a joy being able to perform music again. The students worked so hard to practice and prepare for the concert and they loved being able to perform for their families again. The concert had a chilly theme with the start of winter.

I am so happy to have worked with the students to prepare them for this concert, and can’t wait for everyone to come to see their next one!

Spring Concert 2023

Science Academy of Chicago is proud to present the Spring Concert this year on May 10th at 4 pm. The concert will include all the Pre-K till 3rd-grade students and the 4th-7th grade orchestra. The students have been working so hard in class on their concert music and are so excited to perform for all families here at the Science Academy of Chicago. The concert this year is spring-themed and featured many songs about beautiful weather during the spring. Each class performed two or three songs with a special ending. It has been such a joy working with the students and I am so beyond proud of them for all the hard work that they have put into this concert. The students have grown so much in their musical ability to show them off!
